Returns :

You have 07 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) if opened.

Refunds : 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges :

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at varygulf@gmail.com.

Shipping Back :

The Customer shall be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item unless otherwise specified.
